Donation Options

Food and Toiletry Donations: We accept non-perishable goods and toiletry supplies if they are unopened and unexpired. View the most needed items list. All donations can be dropped off at the Basic Needs Center (800 West Peltason Drive, Irvine CA 92617) Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Clothes Donations: UCI Basic Needs Center is now accepting gently used, professional clothing donations! This can include the following: dresses, jackets, shoes, blouses, pants, dress shirts, and assorted accessories. All clothing donations can be dropped off at the Basic Needs Center (800 West Peltason Drive, Irvine CA 92617) Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

2017 UCI School of Social Sciences Food Drive

On November 3, 2017, UC Irvine’s School of Social Science put on our very first food drive of the year! The drive was located in Lot 14A and with the help of our amazing community, we were able to fill our pantry with an abundance of food and toiletries!


2018 UCI School of Social Sciences Food Drive

On November 14, 2018, UC Irvine’s School of Social Science put on their second food drive for us! The drive was located in Lot 14A and with the help of our amazing community, we were able to fill our pantry with food and toiletries!


Clash of the Cans 2017

During the 2017 Fall quarter, UC Irvine’s Transportation and Distribution Services hosted their annual Clash of the Cans food drive. This helped us stock our food pantry with 1,478 pounds of food! Visit their website here.


UCI International Student Excellence Programs Food Drive 2017

Throughout weeks 4-7 of the 2018 Winter Quarter, UC Irvine’s International Student Excellence Programs conducted a food drive for us! With their help, we were able to stock the pantry with 380 pounds of food!
