Volunteer Program
42% of UCI students report experiencing food insecurity and 3% report experiencing homelessness. Help us make UCI a basic needs-secure campus and provide every student the ability to reach their goals! To learn more about student basic needs, visit the UC Basic Needs Dashboard.
Volunteer at the FRESH Pantry
Volunteering is a great way to get involved with the UCI community! UCI Basic Needs Center volunteers assist in greeting pantry visitors, restocking food, and performing general pantry operations.
Volunteer timeslots are updated on a weekly basis. Click below to see timeslot availability for this week.
If this is your first time volunteering, please use the link below to submit your completed Volunteer Guidelines & Waiver. Email Jeffrey Villalobos at jeffrv2@uci.edu if you have any questions or issues signing up to volunteer.
